USAGE AREA:
Machines 1/5-1/6 liquor ratio 98 3C working temperature and atmospheric pressure dyeing of rope-shaped knitting and woven products.
It is used for bleaching and washing. Generally, it has an ideal structure for dyeing cotton, wool, orlon, terry and their mixture fabrics.
CAPACITY :
In our machines, 5 kg sample dyeing laboratory machine can be produced for small batches of 25 kg and 50 kg, as well as in different capacities from 150 kg to 900 kg in large batches.
From 50 kg, each eye takes 150 kg of sand fabric.
(Ideal for dyeing fabrics up to 125 gr/m).
DRIVE AND SPEED:
The problems encountered so far have been eliminated with the different type of AC motor speed controller used. Working speed Min. 45m/min. Max is 300 m/min.
